18. Arrangements related to award, continuation of service or selection:

The Government of Nepal may, on the recommendation of the board, make the following to the executive head of the public institution every year on the basis of performance evaluation

(a) If it is seen that 100% progress of the target has been achieved, appropriate awarding the award,
(B) To continue the service if the target is achieved up to 90% individually and 75% collectively (c) If progress is more than fifty percent and less than seventy-five percent of the target, to continue with a six-month improvement plan,
(d) If the progress is less than fifty percent of the target, it will be selected and done according to the report.
